Ester is a Business Coach, mentor, group/training facilitator and accredited Enneagram Practitioner.
Individual or group coaching topics include, but are not limited to Emotional Intelligence and how to respond congruently to different situations. It also includes self-awareness, worldview and reflecting on own behaviour. Other topics of interest are different communication and conflict management styles, improvement of interpersonal skills, assertiveness, self-confidence, inner- motivation and changing of thinking patterns.
Some sessions are focused on career planning, goal setting, being accountable, defining values, professional business ethics, courageous interaction with colleagues and stakeholders, performance improvement, change management and life after retrenchment.   

Ester gained most of her business experience while being employed by companies such as EOH, T-Systems, Gijima, SCT Services, etc. She also interacted with clients of the mentioned companies and managed her own recruitment business for 4 years. During Ester’s career she functioned as Operations Manager, Account/Sales Manager, Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partner and Mentor.

She has a vast amount of knowledge concerning sales, the full life cycle of projects (SDLC), business processes, supplier and contract management. Ester is very confident interacting with clients at all levels and across industries. She has been involved with various Change Management and integration interventions due to mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. Ester conducted customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of companies to enhance service delivery or investigate new service offerings.
After a successful career in the above mentioned roles she decided to apply her business knowledge and interpersonal skills as business coach.
